The allowances, defined.
Usage-based pricing is only fair if the unit is obvious. Here is exactly what is being counted.
- AI replies
- One AI reply is one answer generated by the chatbot in response to a visitor. A visitor can ask several questions in one conversation, and each answer counts as one reply. Pages that load the widget without anyone asking a question do not count.
- Indexed pages
- An indexed page is one page of your website held in your knowledge base. Navigation, duplicated templates and thin pages are usually left out, so most sites use far fewer than their page count suggests. On Pro the allowance is shared across the account rather than per chatbot.
- Chatbots and websites
- A chatbot is one configured assistant with its own content, instructions and branding. Starter and Growth cover one chatbot on one website. Pro covers up to three chatbots across up to three websites, which suits agencies, multiple brands or several locations.

A pilot is not a plan and it is not a free tier. It is a set number of days to see the answers your own content produces before deciding whether any of this is worth paying for.

Extra usage is arranged in advance. Chatsoro does not add automatic overage charges to your account.
If you reach your allowance and have not arranged extra usage, replies pause for the rest of the billing month rather than rolling into a charge you did not agree to.
Prices are provisional while Chatsoro is in early access and are shown in US dollars. Billing is arranged with us directly, so there is no checkout on this website yet. Annual plans are a single payment covering twelve months.

The things people check before choosing.
What counts as an AI reply?
One AI reply is one answer generated by the chatbot in response to a visitor. A single conversation usually contains several.
Loading a page with the widget on it does not count. Only generated answers are counted against your monthly allowance.
What happens if I reach my allowance?
Nothing is charged automatically. Chatsoro can pause replies for the rest of the billing month, or additional usage can be arranged in advance if you would rather the chatbot kept answering.
Usage is visible throughout the month, so running out should not come as a surprise.
Can I remove Chatsoro branding?
On the Growth and Pro plans the Chatsoro attribution can be removed from the widget. On Starter it stays visible.
Is there a free plan?
There is no permanent free plan. Setting up a chatbot involves reviewing your content and configuring it properly, and a free tier does not support that work.
Instead there is a 14-day pilot, set up by hand on your website, with no card required.
How does annual billing work?
An annual plan is one payment covering twelve months, charged at the price of ten. The exact annual total is shown next to each plan so the commitment is clear before you choose it.
What is an indexed page?
An indexed page is one page of your website held in your knowledge base for the chatbot to draw on. Most business sites use far fewer pages than they expect, because navigation, duplicated templates and thin pages are not worth indexing.
If your site is larger than the plan allowance, we will help decide which sections matter most.
Can I pay for a plan today?
Not through this website yet. Plans are arranged directly with us while Chatsoro is in early access, which is also why prices are marked as provisional.
